All of our catering is managed by the in-house University Catering Services team and is freshly prepared to the highest standards. We know, because our customers have told us so, that the food can make all the difference to the success of an event and so we strive to provide the highest possible standards of cuisine in all out catering services.

Our team of, award-winning, chefs are able to produce everything from a small finger buffet to a full banquet menu. If you have any specific dietary requirements they will work with you to ensure that your menu meets the needs of your guests.

For those events taking place in a Hall of Residence, you can download a sample menu which will give you an outline of the type of food available.

Within our Hospitality & Fine Dining portfolio you can choose from Hot or Cold Fork Buffet Menus or Banquet Menus that will form the centerpiece of a memorable event.

Finally, if you have your own thoughts on the catering that you would like then speak to your Event Manager and they will help turn your ideas into reality.
