By selecting from a range of services, you are able to tailor-make a package to suit your requirements and budget.
As part of our standard service, we will locate and book the venue, accommodation and audio-visual equipment required for your event.
Some of the additional services available include:
- Producing, mailing and processing delegate registration forms
- Staffing the registration desk during the event
- Maintaining financial procedures including banking and accounting for all monies received
- Following up debtors and maintaining statistics for up to three months after the event
Fees are normally based on a minimum charge and a rate per delegate.
